About Our Soil

  • All our soils are sold by the ‎Bobcat® scoop, equivalent to ½ cubic yards.

  • While our Pro Planting Mix and Mushroom Compost weigh 800lbs per scoop, our Sifted Top Soil and Fill Dirt weigh approximately 1,000lbs per scoop.

  • We can deliver up to 16 scoops (8 yards) of our Pro Planting Mix or Mushroom Compost per load and up to 10 scoops (5 yards) per load for all our other soils.

  • We have a minimum delivery fee of $45 per load. For deliveries over 9 miles, an additional $5 per mile (one way) will be added to the base fee. For example, if you live 1-9 miles away, the delivery fee would be $45, whereas if you live 10+ miles away, it would be $50+.

Pro Planting Mix

Our TOP SELLING PRO PLANTING MIX is a balanced blend of sifted topsoil, mushroom compost, and pine bark fines designed to support strong root development and vigorous plant growth. Ideal for garden beds, raised planters, and landscape installations, it offers excellent drainage, aeration, and nutrient retention for a healthy growing environment.

Sifted Top Soil

This high-quality topsoil has been finely sifted to remove rocks, clumps, and debris, leaving a smooth, even texture that's easy to work with. Ideal for leveling lawns, planting gardens, or laying sod, it provides a nutrient-rich base that promotes healthy root development and plant growth.

Mushroom Compost

   Fill Dirt    

Fill dirt is an unscreened, compactable soil used primarily for grading, leveling, and filling low areas in landscaping and construction projects. It contains minimal organic material, making it ideal for creating a stable base under lawns, patios, and foundations where plant growth is not the primary concern.
