In 2006, Justin McCosh began mowing residential lawns and quickly earned a reputation for affordable yet reliable service.  He married Kari in 2009, and soon after the couple purchased a landscaping supply company on Hwy 27 in Sale Creek.  With the expansion, McCosh Landscaping & Supply now offers the highest quality supplies and services for commercial landscapers and homeowners alike.

We understand your time is valuable so we listen well and ask the right questions to complete projects on time and on budget.

Our work includes everything from foundational features like retaining walls and patios to detailed touches such as custom flower beds, planting, sod installation, artificial turf, and fire pits. In addition to our professional services, we also operate a fully stocked supply yard conveniently located in Sale Creek, Tennessee. We carry a broad selection of premium landscaping materials, including topsoil, Pro-Planting Mix, mulch, gravel, decorative rock, large mountain stones, and more. These products are available to both contractors and homeowners looking to take on landscaping projects themselves. Our team is always happy to help guide customers in choosing the right materials for their needs.

We proudly provide landscaping services across a wide region of Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia. This includes Sale Creek, Soddy-Daisy, Dayton, Chattanooga, Dunlap, Spring City, Pikeville, Graysville, Signal Mountain, Hixson, Red Bank, and parts of northern Georgia such as Ringgold and Fort Oglethorpe. We also serve many surrounding areas, and are happy to travel to nearby communities depending on the scope of the project.

Justin McCosh

PRESIDENT

Justin founded McCosh Landscaping & Supply in 2011 with a vision to provide high-quality landscaping products and dependable service to homeowners and contractors alike. Justin has grown the company from a small local operation into a trusted name in the industry. He is passionate about creating lasting customer relationships, delivering top-tier materials, and continuously improving the company’s offerings. When he’s not overseeing operations, Justin enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new landscaping trends, and giving back to the local community.

    Byrd Arnold

    SUPPLY YARD MANAGER

    Byrd has been with McCosh Landscaping & Supply since 2021 and plays a key role managing our supply yard. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, he ensures the supply yard runs smoothly and that customers get the materials they need.

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Lori became part of the McCosh team in 2016 and has been the backbone of our office ever since. As office manager, she keeps operations organized, supports both staff and customers, and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Ben joined McCosh Landscaping & Supply in 2024 as a crew lead and quickly advanced to project manager thanks to his strong leadership and technical skills. Ben ensures every project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

    Blake Bates

    SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR

    Blake began as a landscaper with McCosh from 2022-2023, then returned in 2025 as our Sales & Marketing Coordinator. He assists with estimates, deliveries, and manages our website and social media, bringing strong organization and attention to detail to everything he does.
